For the past two years our farm has been participating in the Audubon Naturalists Society Water Monitoring Program. With the help of Audubon, we are monitoring the stream that runs through our farm by collecting and counting Macro Invertebrates. Below is a photo gallery of the “Bugs” we have found in our stream. We enjoy participating in this program, and it helps us to measure the improvement in water quality that is occurring as a result of our stream buffer fences.
