In 2005 we decided it was high time for a vacation. We had not taken a vacation in about 10 years and felt it was long over due. Having waited so long we went all out on a trip to Kauai Hawaii. We stayed at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Kauai in an ocean front room. Knowing now what I didn’t know then, we could have stayed anywhere. We spent very little time in the hotel and almost all our time exploring the island. We rented a jeep with on 7 miles on the odometer and returned it 8 days later with over 700 miles on it. We went everywhere a jeep could go on the island.
